Do my respondents need an account?
No. They open the link and fill in the form, on a computer or a phone, without installing or creating anything.
Where is my data stored?
In France, with OVHcloud: forms, responses and files. Notification emails, which can include responses, are sent through our email provider, Forward Email, in the United States. You can delete your account yourself from your settings: your subscription stops and your forms go offline right away. You then have 30 days to change your mind and cancel the deletion; after that, your account, forms, responses and files are permanently erased. We then only keep billing records (10 years, as accounting law requires), reports about your forms (12 months), technical logs (12 months) and backups (7 days). Your support chat contact and conversations are erased along with your account.
What about GDPR?
Your forms, responses and files are hosted in France, with OVHcloud. Notification emails go through Forward Email, in the United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. No advertising cookies, no data resale. The privacy policy lists our subprocessors and how to exercise your rights: access, erasure, portability.
How much does AwesomeFor.ms cost?
The Free plan includes 3 forms and 50 responses per month. Then Starter costs €9, Pro €19 and Business €49 per month, up to −22% with yearly billing.
Do I need to add VAT?
No. VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French Tax Code: the price shown is the price you pay.
What happens if I go over my quota?
On paid plans, an email warns you at 80% of a monthly quota or of your storage. At 100%, the feature is paused: monthly quotas, such as responses and notification emails, reset on the first day of each calendar month, while storage and the number of forms free up when you delete files or forms. Upgrading lifts the limit immediately.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade applies right away, for the prorated difference; a downgrade applies at your next renewal.
Can I put a form on my website?
Yes. Every form has a link to share, on every plan. From Pro, you can also embed it directly in a page of your website.
Can I collect membership fees?
Not yet: AwesomeFor.ms has no payment field. Use your usual payment tool for the payment, and AwesomeFor.ms for everything else.
